摘　　要：目的探讨单纯前路手术治疗下颈椎骨折脱位不伴脊髓损伤的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析86例下颈椎骨折脱位不伴脊髓损伤患者的临床资料,评估手术方案及术后效果。结果患者术后随访6-24个月,颈部活动度恢复正常,颈肩部无疼痛;所有患者均无术后并发症发生。结论单纯前路椎间盘摘除减压椎间植骨融合内固定术可以有效达到神经组织减压和重建颈椎稳定性的目的。Objective To analyse the effect of surgical treatment for cervical fracture and dislocation without spinal cord injury.Methods 86 cases with lower cervical fracture and dislocation without paralysis were included in the study.All cases were given anterior operation to reduce the dislocation.After reduction,the disc was excised fracture and dislocation for iliac autograft and plate internal fixation.Results There were no death,infection or fixation failure during followed-up for 6~24 months.The X-ray manifested that the dislocation was rectified,without joint subluxation or kyphosis.Conclusion Anterior surgical treatment has advantages for decompression and spine stability and hence is safe and effective for cases with cervical fracture-dislocation without spinal cord injury.
