特异性免疫治疗变应性鼻炎250例疗效及依从性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨特异性免疫治疗变应性鼻炎疗效、安全性及依从性的关系。方法对250例变应性鼻炎患者采用安脱达尘螨疫苗制剂进行免疫治疗,观察症状、体征和治疗效果,并进行等级评分。结果对治疗1年以上患者的症状、体征积分等进行统计,治疗3、6个月,1年的总有效率分别为90.0%、85.8%、84.7%;250例治疗1年后停止治疗66例,依从率为73.6%。结论对变应性鼻炎患者规范的特异性免疫治疗是一种安全性高且有效的对因治疗方法,在变应性鼻炎的综合治疗中值得重视和推广;同时要加强患者健康教育来提高治疗依从性。Objective To evaluate the safety, compliance and the efficacy of specific immunotherapy on allergic rhinitis. Methods Two hundred and fifty patients with allergic rhinitis were treated with immunotherapy. The symp- toms, signs and therapeutic effects were assessed with score. Results Three months, 6 months and 1 year after the treatment, the total effective rate was 90.0%, 85.8% and 84.7% respectively. Sixty patients stopped the treatment after one year with the compliance rate being 73.6%. Conclusions Specific immunotherapy was safe and effective for the treatment of allergic rhinitis, while strengthening the health education of patients was needed to improve the compliance. （ Chin J Ophthalmol and Otorhinolaryngo1,2011,11 ： 360-362）
