摘 要:目的:观察当归补血汤对三种血虚模型小鼠的量效关系与时效关系。方法:小鼠眼眶放血造成失血性血虚模型,腹腔注射环磷酰胺造成化学性血虚模型,注射乙酰苯肼+环磷酰胺造成复合性血虚模型。各模型组小鼠分别灌胃给予24g生药/kg、12g生药/kg、6g生药/kg当归补血汤水煎液连续10d,失血性血虚模型及各治疗组测定造模后第1、4、7、10d外周血细胞值,化学性、复合性血虚模型及治疗组测定造模第6、8、10d的外周血细胞值。结果:当归补血汤24g生药/kg在给药后第4d、7d就能升高血虚模型小鼠RBC、HGB、HCT值,在给药第10d具极显著意义,6、12g生药/kg也有升高RBC、HGB、HCT的作用,但仅6g生药/kg在给药第10d出现统计学意义。当归补血汤12g生药/kg可以升高化学性、复合性血虚模型小鼠WBC,当归补血汤24g生药/kg有很好的升高复合性血虚模型RBC的作用,在造模第8d后作用比较明显。结论:当归补血汤对三种血虚模型小鼠的治疗作用存在不同的量效关系与时效关系。Objective: To analysis the dose-effect relationship and time-effect relationship of angelicae sinensis decoction for supplementing blood on three models of hematopenia mouse.Methods: The hemorrhagic blood deficient model was induced with fossa orbitalis bloodletting.The chemical blood deficient model was induced by cyclophosphamide peritoneal injection.The complexity blood deficient model was induced by acetylphenyhydrazine hypodermic and cyclophosphamide peritoneal injection.The groups were administrated 24g /kg,12g /kg,6g /kg angelicae sinensis decoction for supplementing blood liquidrespectively,10d.The peripheral blood on 1,4,7,10day were measured in hemorrhagic blood deficient model group and angelicae sinensis decoction for supplementing blood groups.The peripheral blood on 6、8、10d were measured in chemical blood deficient model group,the complexity blood deficient model group and angelicae sinensis decoction for supplementing blood groups.Result: RBC、HGB、HCT of the hemorrhagic blood deficient model were obviously raised by 24g /kg angelicae sinensis decoction for supplementing blood on 4d,7d and 10d.RBC、HGB、HCT were raised by 6g /kg and 12 g /kg angelicae sinensis decoction for supplementing blood,while the index had statistical significance at the dose of 6g /kg on 10d.WBC of the chemical blood deficient model and the complexity blood deficient model was increased by 12 g /kg angelicae sinensis decoction for supplementing blood.RBC of the complexity blood deficient model was increased obviously angelicae sinensis decoction for supplementing blood at the dose of 12g /kg on 8d.Conclusion: there are different dose-effect relationship and time-effect relationship of angelicae sinensis decoction for supplementing blood on three models of hematopenia mouse.
