家蚕雌蛾粉治疗去卵巢大鼠更年期综合症研究

摘　　要：目的:研究家蚕雌蛾粉对去卵巢大鼠更年期综合症的影响。方法:采用SD雌性大鼠,切除双侧卵巢后,连续给予家蚕雌蛾粉90 d,观察家蚕雌蛾粉对双侧卵巢切除大鼠体重、血清雌二醇(E2)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)、子宫系数和阴道系数的影响。结果:家蚕雌蛾粉能够明显控制SD雌性大鼠因双侧卵巢切除而造成的体重增加,12 mg/kg组和24 mg/kg组的降低幅度均达极显著水平(P<0.01),6 mg/kg组的降低幅度达显著水平(P<0.05);家蚕雌蛾粉能显著恢复雌性大鼠因双侧卵巢切除而造成的生殖器官萎缩,6 mg/kg组、12 mg/kg组和(24 mg/kg组的子宫系数提高幅度均达极显著水平(P<0.01),阴道系数提高幅度均达显著水平(P<0.05);家蚕雌蛾粉能明显提高双侧卵巢切除雌性大鼠的血清E2水平,6 mg/kg组、12 mg/kg组和24 mg/kg组的提高幅度均达极显著水平(P<0.01);家蚕雌蛾粉能显著降低雌性大鼠被切除双侧卵巢后升高的血清FSH水平和LH水平,12 mg/kg组和24 mg/kg组的FSH降低幅度和24 mg/kg组的LH降低幅度均达极显著水平(P<0.01),6 mg/kg组的FSH降低幅度和12 mg/kg组的LH降低幅度均达显著水平(P<0.05)。结论:家蚕雌蛾粉对双侧卵巢切除大鼠的更年期综合症具有治疗作用。Objective： This paper was to study the effects of female silkworm moth powder on climacteric syndrome of ovariectomized rats.Methods： SD female rats were given female silkworm moth powder for 90 days consecutively after being ovariectomized.The effects of female silkworm moth on some indicators were observed including weight,serum estradiol（E2）,follicle stimulating hormone（FSH）,luteinizing hormone（LH）,uterus and vagina coefficient.Results： Female silkworm moth powder could obviously control weight gain caused by ovariectomy in SD rats.Reduction of weight in low dose group（6 mg/g） showed significant difference（P〈0.05） compared to normal group,while in middle（12 mg/g） and high（24 mg/g） showed extremely significant（P〈0.01）.The powder could rehabilitate atrophic reproductive organs remarkably.Uterus and vagina coefficient raised up to extremely significant（P〈0.01） and significant（P〈0.05） level respectively.It could also increase E2 content in ovariectomized rats proved by extremely significant level（P〈0.01） of content increase in all three dose groups.The powder could decrease elevated content of FSH and LH in serum due to ovariectomy.Content decrease of FSH in middle and high group and LH in high group reached extremely significant level（P〈0.01）,and that of FSH in low group and LH in middle and high group reached significant level（P〈0.05）.Conclusion ： Female silkworm moth has remarkable treatment effects on climacteric syndrome of ovariectomized rats.
