摘　　要：本文通过检索近年来国内外相关文献资料．对高血压用药中复方制剂的利弊、组方原则、分类及其发展趋势进行分析．大量循证医学证据表明：固定剂量的复方制剂具有增强疗效、减少不良反应、提高依从性，有效降低并发症等诸多优势．现已成为治疗高血压的新方法。高血压药物联合应用是高血压治疗的趋势．其中以固定剂量的复方降压制剂为代表。虽然固定剂量复方降压制剂因配比固定，不便调节用量．存在一定的不足．但权衡利弊，固定剂量的复方降压制剂在高血压治疗中仍具有十分重要的意义．并将在新药的开发和研究中占据日趋重要的地位。The aim of this paper is To discuss the clinical application and research progress of the compound antihypertensive preparations. The advantages and disadvantages, compounding principles, classifications and development trends of the compound antihypertensive preparations were discussed by reviewing the literature published in recent years from China and foreign countries. A great deal of researches of evidence based-medicine show that the compound antihypertensive preparations can enhance the efficacy of the medications and patients＇compliance. They can also reduce the adverse drug reactions and the incidence of relevant complications effectively. The compound antihypertensive preparations have been gradually becoming important medications of hypertension. Combination of antihypertensive agents is a new trend of hypertension therapy, and the fixed-dose compound antihypertensive preparations are commonly used. Compound antihypertensive preparations can be used conveniently and are becoming important trend in the development and research of new drugs despite the fact that the fixed-dose compound preparations are difficult in dose adjustment.
