2006～2010年广州市越秀区6～24岁人群法定传染病流行特征分析

摘　　要：[目的]了解6～24岁人群(简称学龄人群)法定传染病流行特征,为传染病的防控提供依据。[方法]对2006～2010年广州市越秀区学龄人群法定传染病疫情资料进行分析。[结果]2006～2010年累计报告学龄人群法定传染病6 760例,年均发病率为591.75/10万,死亡3例,平均病死率为0.04%,各年发病率分别为684.06/10万、404.96/10万、398.82/10万、960.33/10万、517.44/10万。2006～2010年年均发病率(/10万),男性为691.01,女性为487.43;6～9岁为1 220.40,10～14岁为669.26,15～19岁为344.14,20～24岁为450.62;流感为140.67,流行性腮腺炎为96.82,其他感染性腹泻病为75.63,肺结核为63.11,急性出血性结膜炎为39.39,病毒性肝炎为22.67,梅毒为22.06,淋病为21.62,麻疹为8.93,痢疾为4.73,风疹为4.29,猩红热为2.80,HIV感染者/艾滋病病人为2.10,登革热为1.66,伤寒和副伤寒为1.49,流行性出血热为0.26,乙脑为0.09,手足口病为36.35(2008～2010年),甲型H1N1流感为158.07(2009～2010年)。[结论]2006～2010年学龄人群传染病发病率,甲型H1N1流感和流感较高。[Objeetive]To understand the epidemiological characteristics of infectious disease among 6-24 （school-age population） during 2006 to 2010 in Yuexiu district, so as to provide basis for the prevention and control of infectious disea ses. [Methods]Analysis was made on the data of notifiable infectious diseases among school -age population in Yuexiu dis trict,2006 2010. [Results]A total of 6 760 cases of notifiable infectious diseases of school-age population were reported in Yuexiu district during 2006 2010, the average annual incidence was 591.75/10^5, 3 cases of death, the average mortality was 0.04% ,The annual incidence respectively was 684.06/10^5 ,404.96/10^5 ,398.82/10^5 ,960.33 /10^5 ,517.44/10^5. 2006 2010 with an annual incidence（/10^5）,men was 691.01 and women was 487.43,6 9 years old for 1 220.40,10 14 years for 669.26,15-19 year old for 344.14,20-24 years old was 450.62;H1N1 flu was 158.07（2009 2010）,flu for 140.67,mumps for 96.82 ,other infectious diarrhea for 75.63,phthisis for 63. ll,AHC for 39.39, virus hepatitis for 22.67, syphilis for 22.06,gonorrhea for 21.62,HFMD for 36.35（2008- 2010）,measles for 8.93,dysentery for 4.73,rubella for 4.29,scarlet fever for 2. 80, AIDS/H1V infection for 2.10,dengue fever for 1.66,typhoid and paratyphoid fever for 1.49,epidemic hemorrhagic fever（EHF） for 0.26 ,Japanese encephalitis for 0.09. [Conclusion]During 2006-2010, the incidence of infectious diseases among the school age population, H1N1 flu and flu are higher,dysentery is ordinary,Japanese encephalitis is lowest.
