摘　　要：[目的]分析聊城市2005～2010年麻疹流行特征,为消除麻疹采取针对性措施提供依据。[方法]对2005～2010年聊城市麻疹发病资料进行分析。[结果]2005～2010年累计报告麻疹1 928例,各年发病率分别为2.29/10万、3.40/10万、2.29/10万、13.79/10万、2.53/10万、9.31/10万,年均发病率为5.62/10万。年均发病率,东昌府区为12.65/10万,临清市为7.96/10万,冠县为4.05/10万,莘县为3.93/10万,茌平县为3.84/10万,高唐县为3.39/10万,东阿县为2.38/10万,阳谷县为2.02/10万;男性为6.86/10万,女性为4.39/10万(P<0.01);<1岁为138.88/10万,1～4岁为23.84/10万,5～14岁为5.39/10万,≥15岁为1.76/10万(P<0.01)。1 928例病人中,4～6月发病的占47.82%;<1岁的占40.45%,15～39岁的占25.16%;散居儿童占59.02%,农民占15.61%,学生占9.08%,托幼儿童占8.40%,工人占2.70%,其他占5.19%。统计1 519例病人,有明确麻疹疫苗免疫史的占27.39%。[结论]2005～2010年聊城市麻疹发病率较高。[Objective]To analyze the epidemiological features of measles in Liaocheng city,2005-2010,and provide basis for the strategies on measles elimination in the future. [Methods] The descriptive epidemiological analysis was performed for measles cases in Liaocheng city,2005-2010. [Results]1928 measles cases were reported during 2005-2010,and the incidence rates were respectively 2.29/10^5 ,3.40/10^5 ,2.29/10^5 ,13.79/10^5 ,2.53/10^5 ,and 9.31/10^5. The average incidence rate was 5.62/10^5. The average incidence rate in Dongchangfu, Linqing, Shenxin,Guanxian, Chiping, Gaotang, Yanggu,Dong＇e was respectively 12.65/10^5 ,7.96/10^5 ,4.05/10^5 ,3.93/10^5 ,3.84/10^5 ,3.39/10^5 ,2.38/10^5 ,and 2.02/10^5. Mate was 6.86/10^5 ,Female was 4.39/10^5 （ P 〈0.01）. The average incidence rate of under i-year-old group was 138.88/10^5 , 1- 4 year-old group was 23.84/10^5 ,5-14 year-old group was 5.39/10^5 ,above 15 year-oldgroup wasl. 76/10^5 （P〈0.01）. The proportion of the cases from April to June was 47.82% ;40.45% of the cases were less than 1 year-old and 25.16% of the cases were in 15-39 year-old group. The scattered children accounted for 59.02 %, Farmers accounted for 15, 61 %, students and young children students accounted for 9.08%,8.40%,workers 2.70%,other 5.19%. 27.39% of 1 519 patients had a clear measles vaccine immunnity history. [Conclusion]The incidence rate of measles is high in Liaocheng city during 2005-2010.
