2005～2010年黔南州艾滋病、梅毒和淋病疫情分析

摘　　要：[目的]掌握黔南布依族、苗族自治州艾滋病、梅毒和淋病疫情现状,分析其流行变化趋势,为下一步工作开展提供科学依据。[方法]对全州2005～2010年艾滋病、梅毒、淋病疫情资料进行分析。[结果]2005～2010年,累计发现HIV感染者/艾滋病病人1 053例,平均发病率为4.60/10万。1 053例病例中,男性占66.29%,女性占33.71%;21～30岁占35.69%,31～40岁占36.91%;都匀市占37.42%,独山县占12.54%;家务及待业者占34.15%,农民占17.42%。累积报告淋病838例,平均发病率为3.66/10万,838例中,男性占83.65%,女性占16.35%;21～30岁占38.78%,31～40岁占26.25%;都匀市占29.95%,福泉荔波县占17.77%;农民占50.12%,民工占8.59%;累积报告梅毒1 368例,发病率为5.98/10万,1 368例中,男性占40.28%,女性占59.72%;21～30岁占30.78%,31～40岁占22.66%;都匀市占24.34%、福泉县占14.91%,农民占50.29%,家务及待业占11.70%。[结论]2005～2010年,黔南州艾滋病、梅毒发病率呈逐年上升趋势但稳中有升,淋病发病率有逐年下降趋势。[Objective]To understand the present epidemic situation and the trend of AIDS, gonorrhea and syphilis in Qiannan prefecture,so as to provide scientific basis t＇or taking the next step work. [Methods]Analysis was made on the ep idemic data of AIDS, gonorrhea and syphilis in Qiannan prefecture during 2005-2010. [Results]The total reported HIV/ AIDS cases were 1053 during 2005-2010,the average incidence was 4.60/10^5. Of 1 053 cases, male cases accounted for 66.29%,female cases accounted for 33.71% ;cases aged 21-30 accounted for 35.69% ,31 40 accounted for 36.91% ;cases in Duyun accounted for 37.42% ,cases in Dushan accounted for 12.54% ;households and waiting for employments accounted for 34.15% ,the farmers accounted for 17.42%. The total reported gonorrhea cases were 838, the average incidence was 3.66/10^5 .Of 838, cases,male cases accounted for 83. 65% ,female cases accounted for 16.35% ;cases aged 2i 30 ac counted for 38.78% ,31 40 accounted for 26.25% ;cases in Duyun accounted for 29.95% ,cases in Fuquan accounled for 17, 77 % ;the farmers accounted for 50, 12 %, the migrant workers accounted for 8, 59% ;The total reported syphilis cases were 1 368, the average incidence was 5.98/10%. of 1 368 cases,male cases accounted for 40.28%, female cases accounlcd for 59. 72% ;cases aged 21-30 accounted for 30.78%,31 40 accounted for 22.66% ;cases in Duyun accounted for 24.34%, cases in Fuquan accounted for 14.91%;the farmers accounted for 50.29%,households and waiting for employments ac counted for 11. 70%. [Conchlsion]The prevalence of AIDS and syphilis are high with the increase year after year, the prcv alence of gonorrhea is declining year after year during 2005-2010.
