摘  要:观察体外循环后血管紧张素转换酶(ACE)及心肌标志物的变化,探讨ACE与心肌损伤之间的关系。20例择期CPB心脏手术患者分别于术前(T1)、CPB 60min(T2)、CPB后30min(T3)、4h(T4)、24h(T5)及48h(T6)各时间点测定静脉血中下列各指标的水平:ACE、肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)、肌红蛋白(Myo)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)。结果 ACE在CPB中后各时间点均高于CPB前(P<0.05),且随着时间逐渐升高。ACE与cTnI在各时段点的水平呈明显正相关(r=0.651,P<0.01);ACE与Myo(r=0.194,P<0.05)及CK-MB(r=0.137,P<0.05)在各时段呈正相关性。ACE对CPB后的心肌损伤过程中起着一定的促进作用。Observe the angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) and the myocardial markers changes after extracorporeal circutation(CPB) , explore and myocardial injury ACE the relationship between. The level of ACE, cTnI, Myo and CK--MB of 20 patients with undergoing elective cardiac surgery were measured at following points: before CPB(T1), 60rain of CPB (T2), 30rain after weaning from CPB (T3), 4h after weaning from CPB (T4), 24h after weaning from CPB(T5) and 48h after weaning from CPB(T6). The level of ACE in each time points after CPB was higher than before CPB (P〈0.05), and gradually increased over time. ACE was positively significantly correlated at each time points with eTnI (r= 0. 651,P〈0.01). ACE was positively correlated withMyo (r=0.194,P〈0.05) and CK--MB (r=0.137,P〈0.05) at all times points. ACE after CPB of myocardial injury in the process plays the certain simulative effect.
