交腿皮瓣修复血栓闭塞性脉管炎的足底溃疡

摘　　要：为了探讨应用交腿皮瓣修复对侧血栓闭塞性脉管炎足底溃疡的临床效果,对2008年3月～2011年7月期间收治的8例血栓闭塞性脉管炎足底溃疡的患者进行研究,观察采用交腿皮瓣修复对侧足底溃疡的手术治疗效果。结果显示8例患者术后全部一期愈合,效果良好。因此,应用交腿皮瓣修复对侧缺乏有效动脉血供的血栓闭塞性脉管炎足底溃疡是一种简单易行、损伤小、设计灵活、皮瓣供受区均易愈合的修复方法。To evaluate clinical application of the cross--leg flap to restoration of contralateral plantar ulcer resulted from thromboangitis obliterans. The cross--leg flap was used to repair contralateral plantar ulcer resulted from thromboangitis obliterans in 8 patients. All 8 cases were healed by first intention with good effects. Therefore, the cross--leg flap technique is a valuable option for restoration of contralateral plantar ulcer that has no reliable recipient artery resulted from thromboangitis obliterans. And it is simple and feasible, with smaller trauma and flexible flap design, and the flap donor and recipient areas are easy to heal.
