摘 要:对库布齐沙地柠条根际、非根际土壤微生物数量、组成及其与土壤养分的关系进行了研究。结果表明:在0~10cm、10~20cm、20~30cm、30~40cm 4个土层中,柠条根际土壤微生物数量均高于非根际和流沙,且细菌>放线菌>真菌。柠条各类微生物的根际效应明显,且真菌>细菌>放线菌,R/S值介于1.15~16.22之间。根际土壤细菌、放线菌、微生物总数与土壤全氮、有机质、速效磷、速效钾含量之间有显著的相关关系。The amount and composition of microbe in the rhizospheric and non-rhizospheric soil of Caragana intermedia and its relationship with soil nutrients were investigated in the eastern margin of Kubuqi Desert. The resultsshowed that the number of microorganisms in rhizospheric soil were higher than those in non-rhizosphere and in desert at soil depth range of 0-10 cm, 10-20 cm,20-30 cm and 30-40 cm. The quantities of bacteria,aetinomyces and fungi were ranked as follows: bacteria〉actinomycetes〉 fungi. The rhizosphere effect of Caragsnae intermedia on each category of micobe was significant, and the effect significance was fungi〉bacteria 〉actinomycetes. The value of R/S was 1.15-16.22. The total number of microorganisms, bacteria and actinomyces in rhizospheric soil was significantly related to organ- ic matter, total nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in the soil.
