浅析双节棍的历史发展与价值

摘　　要：双节棍风靡于现代社会,成为一个发人深思的文化现象。文章运用文献资料法和问卷调查法,对双节棍的起源与价值进行研究。结果认为,双节棍最早起源于打麦的农具———连枷棍。在唐代,这种农具被军事家们改进并用于守城的兵器。至清代已经发展成用于击打的短兵器,后渐发展成现今的双节棍。双节棍作为武术的一个门类,有着独特的魅力,由于其技术简明,较容易掌握,所以赢得了众多青少年的喜爱。研究结果表明,双节棍运动具有强身健体、修身养性、休闲娱乐、教育和经济价值。Nunchakus is fashionable in modern world, it becomes a thought-provoking cultural phenomenon. This paper uses the methods of literature and questionnaire to analyze the orion and values of the nunchakus. The results show that nunchakus originated from a kind of farm tool-flail（lianjia）. In Tang dynasty, this kind of faim tool was transformed by the militarists to defend the city walls as a kind of weapon. And then, it became a short weapon which could be used to beat or hit the enemy, after that, it developed into nunchakus gradually. As a sort of Wushu category, nunchakus has its unique charming, what＇s more, the techniques is easy to learn, it win a lot of people＇s love. This research comes to a conclusion that exercising nunchakus has the values of body-building, cultivating the mind, recreation and entertainment, education and economy.
