区域产业技术路线图制定中的协同机制研究

摘　　要：产业技术路线图已被实践证明是一个行之有效的科技创新管理工具。在我国,目前产业技术路线图的研究尚处于起步阶段,但一些地区已率先付诸实践。本文针对现阶段我国区域发展水平差异较大的基本国情,提出在制定产业技术路线图、推动区域自主创新的过程中构建包括企业、政府、研究型大学、技术中介机构在内的协同机制,促进技术创新和产业升级,最后通过安徽省新能源汽车产业技术路线图制定的案例进一步论证其合理性与实用性。Industry technology roadmap is an effective innovation management tool. In China, the research of industry technology roadmap is still in its infancy, but some areas have taken the lead in promoting it. To work out the problem of differences in regional development, we propose to design a collaborative mechanism including enterprises, government, research universities and technology intermediaries in the process of making industry technology roadmap and pushing forward regional self-innovation, which subserves technology innovation and industry upgrading. In the end, we demonstrate this program is reasonable and practical by the case of Anhui New Energy Automobile Industry Technology Roadmap.
