摘　　要：本文在回顾和总结改革开放以来我国中小企业科技政策发展基本历程的基础上,对政策的经验和存在问题进行了客观的评价,提出了我国未来中小企业科技政策调整的主要方向。The paper reviews the history of science and technology policies for small and medium enterprises （SMEs） since China＇s reform and opening up. The paper objectively evalutes experience and problems on making science and technology policies, and points out the adjustment direction of science and technology policies on SMEs in the future.
