摘　　要：本文在对区域科技发展潜力系统定义与特征分析的基础之上,从区域科技资源存量差异的量化评价和区域科技投入与产出差异的量化评价两个方面入手分析和探讨区域科技发展潜力,并进行了实证分析。对区域优化科技资源配置,提高科技投入产出效率具有现实意义。Based on the analysis of the definition and characteristic of the development potential system of regional technology, the paper analyzes and discusses the development potential of regional technology from the quantitative evaluation on the difference of the resource of regional science and technology and the input-output of regional science and technology. The paper studies practical cases. It puts forward meaningful advice to optimiz the allocation of resources and improve the input-output efficiency.
