发达国家现代农业技术创新激励制度的演变机理与借鉴

摘　　要：通过对发达国家"化肥农业"时期、"生物农业"时期和"生态农业"时期农业技术创新激励制度作用机制分析,结合国情借鉴国外经验,对构建适合中国的环境友好、资源节约、食品安全的现代农业技术创新激励政策体系提出建议。The article analyzes the change of the international incentive system for agro-innovation from the view of the agro-innovation goal change and technical innovation characteristics during the periods of fertilizer agriculture, biological farming and eco-agriculture. At the same time, the article puts forward some advices on constructing domestic incentive policies of a modem agro-technical innovation from the aspects of friendly environments, resources conservation and food safety.
