摘  要:通过分析连接器触片的冲压工艺特点及成形难点,拟定了针对该制件的冲压工艺方案,采用自动送料并带有换向装置和自动检测装置的多工位级进模进行冲压。该模具很好地解决了回弹变形量小和小于90°弯曲等成形难点的问题。模具总体结构紧凑,加工精度高,可靠性好,成形稳定。Through analyzing the stamping process characteristics and forming difficulties of connector contact piece, the stamping process plan was drafted and the multi-station progressive die, which could automatically feed and had reversing and automatic checkout devices, was applied. This die can solve the forming difficulties such as small amount of springback deformation, and bending less than 90°. The die structure is compact and the machining accuracy is high. Besides, the reliability is good and the forming is stable.
