摘　　要：根据塑料圆盖表面不准有进胶浇口痕迹的要求,模具脱模方式采用定模脱模结构。介绍了3种定模脱模结构形式,并分析了3种定模脱模结构的设计和加工的利弊,提出了定模卸料板直浇口结构适应圆盖注塑模具的需要。简化了模具结构,降低了生产成本。经生产实践证明,该模具结构合理,制作的塑件符合用户的要求。According to the requirement that gate trace are not allowed to appear on the sur- face of the plastic circular cap, the fixed mould demouding way was adopted. Three fixed mould demoulding ways were introduced and the advantages and disadvantages of design and machining for the three fixed mould demoulding structures were analyzed. It is put forward that the structure of unloading board sprue hole meets the need of circular cap injection mould. The simplified mould structure reduces production cost. Production practice shows that, the mould structure is reasonable and the production of plastic parts satisfies the demand of the customers.
