摘　　要：从基本性能和失效因素等方面提出压铸模具的制造工艺路线,详细分析了压铸模具热处理的特点及常用工艺。指出合理选择和应用预先处理、稳定化处理、渗碳等热处理工艺,可使模具表面获得很高的硬度及耐磨性,心部具有足够的强度和韧性,从而显著地提高了压铸模具的使用寿命。The manufacturing technique route of die-cast die was put forward in terms of basic properties and failure factors. The feature and common technology of heat treatment for die-cast die were analyzed in detail. It is pointed that the reasonable selection and application of heat treatment such as spheroidal annealing, stabilizing treatment and carbonization can obtain very high hardness and wear resistance on the die surface and sufficient strength and toughness in core and improve the service life of the die-cast die significantly.
