新疆维吾尔自治区县乡医院就诊患者门诊费用的调查分析

摘　　要：目的 了解新疆维吾尔自治区县乡医院患者常见病门诊就诊费用及疾病经济负担情况.方法 现场调查新疆维吾尔自治区31个县乡医院门诊常见疾病费用及患者经济收入情况,分析不同病种、年龄段、报销方式的患者门诊费用及疾病经济负担情况.结果 前10种常见疾病门诊费用顺位依次是：肺炎100.12元,外伤85.18元,高血压、冠心病69.13元,妊娠相关检查和疾病49.60元,泌尿生殖系统疾病41.71元,胃肠炎34.80元,支气管炎30.72元,骨关节病24.60元,上呼吸道感染23.63元,皮肤炎症21.14元；参加新型农村合作医疗保险（新农合）就诊者家庭月收入低于250元者门诊费用18.07元,疾病经济负担25.56％.结论 感染性疾病就诊费用居前十位,慢性非传染性疾病的门诊费用明显提高；参加新农合就诊者,其门诊费用低,疾病经济负担重.Objective To understand condition about cost and economic burden of outpatients in countries and townships medical institutions in Xinjiang. Methods Thirty-one medical institution were selected and the cost and income of one-day outpatients were investigated,then the cost of different diseases, age groups and payment methods and the later disease cost burden were analyzed. Results Out-patient expenses of top ten common diseases was pneumonia100.12 yuan,injury 85.18 yuan, hypertension and coronary heart disease （CHD） 69.13 yuan, examination and diseases related to pregnancy 49.60 yuan, disease of the genitourinary system 41.71 yuan, enterogastrtis 34. 80 yuan, bronchitis 30. 72yuan, osteoarthrosis 24. 60 yuan, upper respiratory infection （URI） 23. 63 yuan, scytitis 21.14yuan;The outpatient expenses of those taking part in Neotype Countryside Cooperative Medical Care Insurance, whose family-month-income was less than 250 yuan, was 18. 07 yuan, which disease cost burden was 25.56%. Conclusion The expenses of infectious diseases in country and township hospitals was in the top ten. The cost of chronic cable diseases was rising significantly;For those participating Neotype Countryside Cooperative Medical Care Insurance ,the outpatient expenses was low and the disease economic burden was higher.
