加味三拗汤纳米贴膏穴位贴敷治疗儿童支气管肺炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察加味三拗汤纳米贴膏对儿童支气管肺炎的治疗效果并探讨其作用机制。方法:120例支气管肺炎患儿随机分成对照组和治疗组,对照组予西医常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用加味三拗汤纳米贴膏穴位贴敷,观察记录两组主要症状体征(咳嗽、肺部啰音)的消失时间,采用ABC-ELISA法检测血清白三烯(LTB4)的、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)水平。结果:治疗组咳嗽和肺部啰音消失时间较对照组明显缩短,两组治疗前血清LTB4、TNF-α水平较正常组明显升高,治疗后均明显下降,对照组仍高于正常组,治疗组较对照组明显降低,与正常组比较无明显差异。结论:加味三拗汤纳米贴膏穴位贴敷对儿童支气管肺炎有一定疗效,其作用机理与降低LTB4、TNF-α水平有关。Objective: To observe the effect of jiawei san’ao decoction nano plaster mounting on points on childhood bronchopneumonia and discuss its mechanism. Methods: 120 Cases with childhood bronchopneumonia were divided into two groups randomly, the control group was given routine western medicine treatment, the treated group was given jiawei san’ao decoction nano plaster mounting on points(feishu, tanzhong,dingchuan) on the basis of control, meanwhile observing and recording the changes of symptoms and signs, determining the levels of serum LTB4 and TNF-α by ABC-ELISA method. Results: The disappearance time of cough and pulmonary rales was obviously shorter than those in control, the serum LTB4 and TNF-α levels in the cases were significantly higher than those in normal group, which were reduced obviously in the two treated groups, the serum LTB4 and TNF-α levels in the jiawei san’ao decoction nano plaster group were higher than that of control after treatment, there was no difference between the normal and jiawei san’ao decoction nano plaster group after treatment on the serum LTB4 and TNF-α levels, the serum LTB4 and TNF-α levels in the control after treatment were higher than those in normal. Conclusion:Jiawei san’ao decoction nano plaster mounting on points can effectively treat childhood bronchopneumonia, decreasing the serum LTB4 and TNF-α levels was one of the mechanism.
