摘  要:目的:探讨紫石英对排卵障碍模型大鼠转化生长因子-α(TGF-α)、表皮生长因子(EGF)的影响。方法:选用未成年24日龄SD雌性大鼠50只,随机分为模型组、克罗米芬组、紫石英组、氟化钙组、正常组5组。用Bogovich法建立大鼠排卵障碍病理模型,各组大鼠灌胃相应药物,14天后用免疫组化法检测大鼠卵巢局部TGF–α、EGF表达。结果:与正常组比较,模型组大鼠卵巢局部TGF–α与EGF呈异常高表达,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。经药物干预后,卵巢局部TGF–α与EGF的表达明显降低(P<0.01),紫石英组、氟化钙组与克罗米芬组两两比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),紫石英组大鼠卵巢局部TGF–α、EGF平均光密度较氟化钙组减弱。结论:TGF–α与EGF可能参与排卵障碍的发病机制,紫石英能调节排卵障碍大鼠卵巢局部TGF–α与EGF的异常高表达。Objective: To observe the effects of fluoritum on ovarian transforming growth factor-α(TGF-α) and epidermal growth factor(EGF) of rats with ovulation dysfunction. Methods: Sixty 24-day-old SD female rats were divided into normal, model, western medicine(clomiphene citrate), calcium fluoride and fluoritum groups. Models with ovulation dysfunction were built by Bogovich method, each group was given the corresponding treating for 14 days, the ovarian TGF-α and EGF expressions were determined by immunohistochemical method. Results: To compare with normal group, the ovarian TGF-α and EGF expressions of model rats were obviously raised, the difference between the normal and model group was significance; the ovarian TGF-α and EGF expressions in each medicine groups were reduced obviously, the TGF-α and EGF expressions in fluoritum group were lower than those in calcium fluoride group, there was no difference between fluoritum group and clomiphene citrate group on the ovarian TGF-α and EGF expressions. Conclusion: TGF-α and EGF expressions maybe related to the pathogenesis of ovulation dysfunction, fluoritum can regulate the high expression of TGF-α and EGF on ovary.
