摘　　要：通过对有蹄类等哺乳动物的野外调查与监测研究,总结了大样方调查法的通用技术要点,包括调查样方的布设、样方中样线的设计、人员的组成、野外调查与记录、数据统计处理等,同时也对哺乳动物的大样方调查法和其他调查方法进行了讨论。Through the wild investigated and monitoring practice for the ungulate and other species of mammal.The mormal key techniqual of big plot sample monitoring method was summecl.The methods include the plot sample with the sample line design, presonnel and training,wild Investigated and make notes, data statistic and analysis. Meanwhile, the investigated and monitoring methods of the ungulate and other species of mammal were discussed.
