白附子生品和不同炮制品对小鼠体内抗肿瘤作用的比较研究

摘　　要：目的:比较白附子生品和不同炮制品水提物在动物体内的抗肿瘤作用强弱。方法:建立小鼠移植性肿瘤模型,观察白附子生品、药典炮制品和矾制品对S180肉瘤荷瘤小鼠的抑瘤作用。结果:给药组瘤重均低于空白组,白附子生品高剂量组瘤重最小。结论:白附子水煎液对肿瘤有一定的抑制作用,生品高剂量组抑瘤作用最强。Objective：To compare antitumor activity in vivo of Rhizoma Typhonii before and after different processes.Methods：Establish mice transplantation tumor model.Observe the effect of water decoction from Rhizoma Typhonii before and after different processing on the sarcoma grafts S180 mice.Results：The results showed that all of the Rhizoma Typhonii and processed Rhizoma Typhonii could decrease the tumor weight compared with control group,in which the tumor weight of the high dose Rhizoma Typhonii water decoction was the least.Conclusion：Decoction extracts from Rhizoma Typhonii and different processed Rhizoma Typhonii have an antitumor effect to some extent.The antitumor activity is the strongest in the high dose Rhizoma Typhonii water decoction.
