摘 要:目的:观察养心颗粒对犬心肌梗死(MI)后心脏局部交感神经再生的影响。方法:将21只犬随机分为假手术对照组(n=7)、MI组(n=7)与MI+养心颗粒组(n=7),手术结扎冠状动脉前降支造成左心室前侧壁心肌梗死模型。4周后应用免疫组织化学方法检测各组犬梗死区旁非梗死区相同部位的神经纤维密度。结果:MI组梗死区周边非梗死区神经纤维密度(3 779.86±286.57um2/mm2)明显高于对照组(2 917.71±190.99um2/mm2;P<0.01)。MI+养心颗粒组,神经密度虽高于对照组,但较MI组密度明显降低(3 134.48±265.27um2/mm2;P<0.01),差异具有统计学意义。结论:养心颗粒能够抑制心肌梗死后心脏局部交感神经过度再生,这可能是其降低心律失常发生率的机制之一。Objective: To evaluate the effects of Yangxin granules on sympathetic remodeling after myocardial infarction.Methods: Randomly treated with ligating the left anterior descending coronary artery or sham-operation procedure,21 canines were divided into infarction group(n=7),control group(n=7) and MI plus Yangxin granules group(n=7),which was given Yangxin granules 10mg/kg each day after operation.Four weeks after infarction,immunohistochemical technique was carried out in the noninfarcted myocardium adjacent the infarction region to identify cardiac sympathetic nerve.Results: Significant neural remodeling occurred in the MI group,and TH-positive nerve densities were significantly higher in the MI group(3 779.86±286.57um2/mm2) than those in the control group(2 917.71±190.99um2/mm2;P0.01).Though nerve densities in the MI plus Yangxin granules group were also higher than corresponding values in the control group,they were strongly inhibited by Yangxin granules,and the nerve densities in this group were remarkably decreased compared with MI group(3 134.48±265.27um2/mm2;P0.01).Conclusion: Yangxin granules can decrease the degree of sympathetic remodeling after myocardial infarction which may be one of the mechanisms for anti-arrhythmia.
