治糜灵凝胶剂对实验性宫颈糜烂大鼠宫颈阴道组织病理形态学的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究治糜灵凝胶剂对实验性宫颈糜烂大鼠宫颈阴道组织病理形态学的影响。方法:采用25%苯酚胶浆制作的宫颈糜烂阴道炎模型,于造模后10天阴道给药,连续给药10天后将大鼠处死取宫颈及阴道组织,光学显微镜下,对阴道及子宫粘膜及粘膜下间质病变进行病理学评分。结果:治糜灵凝胶剂对苯酚胶浆所致的宫颈糜烂阴道炎各剂量组病变组织均有较好的修复作用,并以高剂量组最为明显。结论:治糜灵凝胶剂有明显改善阴道内环境及修复糜烂疮面的作用,并以治糜灵凝胶剂高剂量组为显著。To study the pathomorphological effect of Zhimiling Gels on the cervix and vagina tissue of cervical erosion in experimental rats.Methods： Models were established to induce cervical vaginitis rats with 25% Phenol-Mucilage.Rats were sacrificed after continuous vaginal administration for 10 days of the model establishment.Cervix and vagina tissues were taken,and pathological scores were done on interstitial damage of vagina,uterine mucosa and submucous under optical microscope.Results： Cervix and vagina tissue lesions of all dose groups of Zhimiling Gels were reduced compared with model groups,and vaginitis tissues began to repair,even close to normal level significantly in high dose groups.Conclusion： Zhimiling Gels can accelerate the repair of damage and repair significantly in high dose groups.
