康复新液治疗老年人消化性溃疡35例

摘　　要：目的探讨康复新液治疗老年人消化性溃疡35例的临床疗效。方法选择70例老年消化性溃疡患者,随机分为两组,对照组35例给予常规西药治疗,治疗组35例在常规西药的基础上加服康复新液。治疗5周后观察临床疗效、症状改善、胃镜检查的情况。结果治疗组临床疗效总有效率为91.4%,而对照组仅为74.3%,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论康复新液联合西药治疗老年人消化性溃疡效果好,有效促进溃疡的愈合,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of elderly patients with peptic ulcer treated with kangfuxin solution.Methods Seventy elderly patients with peptic ulcer were randomly divided into two groups.Thirty-five cases in treatment group were treated with kangfuxin solution and conventional western medicine,35 cases as control group were treated with conventional western medicine.The clinical effect,symptoms improvement and gastroscope inspection after 5 weeks were observed.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 91.4%,and in the control group was 74.3%,the treatment effect in the treatment group was much better than that in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Kangfuxin solution combined with western medicine is better than only western medicine in treating elderly patient with peptic ulcer,and is more effective in promotion of ulcer healing,to be worth used in clinic.
