摘 要:目的观察缺铁性贫血时骨髓巨核细胞数和类型的变化。方法收集整理玉溪市人民医院自2007年11月至2011年4月收治的缺铁性贫血骨髓巨核细胞检查结果,并对其进行分析。结果 352例缺铁性贫血患者,男100例,女252例。巨核细胞数7~843个,平均176.21个。其类型:幼稚巨核细胞1~37个者207例,平均6.48个。无幼稚巨核细胞者145例(41.19%),颗粒型4~779个,平均115.27个;产血小板型1~217个,平均52.17个;裸核1~43个,平均7.12个。有19例偶见小巨核细胞。结论缺铁性贫血对常伴有骨髓巨核细胞数增多,考虑为缺性贫血时促红细胞生成素生成增多,其对骨髓巨核细胞作用所致。Objective To observe the change of quantity and types of megakaryocyte of bone marrow in 352 cases with iron deficiency anemia.Methods Megakaryocytes of bone marrow in cases with iron deficiency anemia in Yuxi people's hospital between November 2007 and April 2011 were collected and analysed.Results The megakaryocytes 7-843(mean 176.21).The types:the promegalokaryocytes 1-37(mean 6.48)in 207 cases.No promegalokaryocyte in 145 cases.The granular megakaryocytes 4-779(mean 115.27).The produced platelets' megakaryocytes 1-217(mean 52.17).The naked nucleus 1-43(mean 7.12).It was also found that there were morbid megakaryocytes in 19 cases.Conclusion The megakaryocytes increase usually with iron deficiency anemia.It were considered that promoting erythropoietin increasing to affect megakaryocytes with iron deficiency anemia.
