摘　　要：鸡卵白蛋白上游启动子转录因子(COUP-TFs)属于细胞核受体超家族,包括COUP-TFⅠ和COUP-TFⅡ两个亚型,在哺乳动物中高度保守。在小鼠中,COUP-TFⅠ位于13号染色体,而COUP-TFⅡ位于7号染色体,由于它们表达于胚胎发育过程中的多个组织器官,在神经系统发育、内胚层器官发育、血管发生及代谢和内环境稳态等多个方面发挥作用而受到关注。本文对COUP-TFs在小鼠发育中的作用进行综述。Chicken ovalbumin upstream promoter transcription factors（COUP-TFs） belong to the nuclear receptor superfamily.COUP-TFs contain two subtypes,COUP-TFⅠand COUP-TFⅡ,which are highly conserved in mammals and expressed in many tissues and organs during fetal stage.In mouse,COUP-TFⅠ is located on chromosome 13 while COUP-TFⅡ is located on chromosome 7.Also,they are important in the development of nervous system,endoderm organ development,angiogenesis,metabolism and homeostasis.In this review,the current findings of COUP-TFs during mouse development were summarized.
