摘　　要：新中国成立以来,我国科技中介机构的探索和发展历程分为计划经济时代的"行政替代"和市场经济时代的"初级发展"两个阶段。根据我国科技中介机构发展的机会和需求分析,结合西方发达国家科技中介机构发展的经验启示,一方面指出"十二五"期间我国科技中介机构将迈向创新驱动型的发展新阶段,另一方面提出了加快科技中介机构迈向创新驱动型的发展新阶段的若干政策建议。Since the founding of New China, the exploration and development process of China＇ s sci - tech intermediary agencies can be Divided into two stage：the ＂administrative alternative stage＂ of the planned economy era and ＂the initial development stage＂ of the market economy era. According to development opportunities and needs analysis of China＇ s sci - tech intermediary agencies,Taking into account of the development experi- ence of Western developed countries sci - tech intermediary agencies, this article pointed out that China＇ s sci- tech intermediary agencies will move towards new innovation - driven stage, proposed a number of policy recommendations to speed up sci - tech intermediary agencies towards the new innovation - driven stage.
