2006-2010年呼市地区265例孕妇梅毒流行病学分析

摘　　要：目的了解呼市地区孕妇梅毒流行状况,为制订防治策略提供科学依据。方法对2006-2010年呼市地区265例孕妇梅毒病例资料进行流行病学分析。结果孕妇梅毒的发病呈逐年上升趋势,以潜伏梅毒为主。一期梅毒发病率高于二期梅毒;孕妇梅毒感染者主要在20～39岁年龄段,占65.05%,40岁以上占1.75%;职业以个体、待业居多,工人、农民次之,干部职员比例也有所增高,分别占23.44%、18.19%、11.57%、8.52%、7.22%。结论孕妇梅毒是危害围产儿的严重合并症,围产期应常规开展孕妇梅毒血清学的产前筛查工作。在梅毒高流行区或高危人群,尚需在孕28周和分娩时分别作血清学检查。一旦确诊,应尽早、足量、正规给与青霉素治疗,并加强新生儿随访。孕期梅毒有效的青霉素治疗,将降低围产儿死亡率及先天梅毒的发生。Objective To understand the prevalence status of gravida with syphilis in Huhhot,and provide scientific evidences for formulating prevention and cure stratagem.Method Adopting epidemiological analysis to 265 cases of syphilis gravidas in Huhhot during 2006 to 2010. Results Syphilis gravidas numbers increased year by year,latent syphilis was more than others. The incidence rate of primary syphilis was higher than secondary syphilis.Infected person were at the age of 20 to 39,it accounted for 65.05%,while 1.75% was above 40.Most of the patients were self-employed and job-waiting women,workers and farmers as follow,the proportion of cadre and officer workers increased,them were 23.44%,18.19%,11.57%,8.52% and 7.22%,respectively.Conclusions Syphilis in circumnatal period severe hazarded to perinatal infants.So we should routine develop antepartum syphilis serological screening to gravidas.In highly outbreak syphilis regions or among high-risk crowds,it needed to take 2 serological examinations in 28th week of pregnancy and when childbirth.Once diagnosed, penicillin of full dose should be regular given to patients as early as possible,besides that,neonatus follow-up need to enhance.Effectively treatment with penicillin for syphilis in duration of pregnancy would reduce mortality rate of perinatal infants and the incidence rate of congenitalsyphilis.
