摘　　要：目的分析扬州市某职业学校1起甲型H1N1流感疫情局部暴发,为有效防控学校甲型H1N1流感提供依据。方法通过流行病学调查、结合临床表现和实验室诊断等进行综合分析。结果累计报告甲型H1N1流感19例,罹患率为0.31%(19/6 064)。首例病人于2009年9月8日发病,9月11～13日出现发病高峰,9月26日疫情结束。19例病例分布于13个班级,年龄在17～19岁,其中某电子商务班病例最多,占发病总人数的21.05%(4/19)。结论提高学校防病意识,加大传染病防控措施力度,有效控制疫情。Objective To analyze an outbreak of type A H1N1 flu in school,in order to provide evidences for control and prevention the disease in school.Method Comprehensive analysis the data by epidemiological investigation,clinical symptoms and laboratory tests.Results 19 cases were confirmed,and attack rate was 0.31%（19/6064）.The first case was attacked on September 8 of 2009,the peak time lasted for 3 days,the epidemic ended on September 26.All the cases distributed in 13 classes,aged from 17 to 19,the most cases contribution in an electronic business class and accounted for 21.05% of the total cases.Conclusions In order to valid control the epidemic,the prevention and control awareness and measures in school should be improved.
