摘　　要：目的分析芮城县第三轮中国全球基金艾滋病项目实施效果,为项目可持续发展提供科学依据。方法通过项目基线调查、利用教育部门这一平台开展"小手拉大手"的宣传教育及访谈活动等方法收集相关资料。结果芮城县第三轮中国全球基金艾滋病项目实施后,目标人群艾滋病防治知识知晓率有很大提高,态度行为明显改变。结论该项目的实施已取得明显的经济效益和社会效益。Objective To analyze the implementation effect of the third round of the China Global Fund AIDS Project,and provide scientific basis for sustainable development the project.Method Through the baseline survey,using the platform of education department which can development propaganda education and interview methods to collect data.Results When the third round of the China Global Fund AIDS project in Ruicheng County was implemented,HIV / AIDS knowledge rate of the target population was greatly improved,at the same time,attitude and behavior had obvious changed.Conclusions The project had gained obvious economic benefits and social benefits.
