摘　　要：目的:通过调查我院糖尿病患者中草药使用情况,寻找用药规律,以期指导临床合理用药。方法:选取2009年全年中医科门诊糖尿病患者553例,口服草药处方共4 980张,对其用药种类数量统计分析。结果:单张处方药味最多在11～20味之间,占91.12%,使用最多的前3类中草药分别是补益药、清热药、消食药。结论:我院中医科在对糖尿病患者使用中草药治疗时基本做到对症施治,但在与化学药的配伍使用上,仍需作进一步调查研究。OBJECTIVE： To explore the regularity of the utilization of Chinese herbal medicine in diabetic patients through investigating the status quo of the drug use in an attempt to promote clinical rational drug use.METHODS： A total of 553 diabetic patients in the outpatient department of traditional Chinese medicine in 2009 were selected,with a total of 4 980 oral Chinese herbal medicine prescriptions analyzed regarding the number of varieties of the Chinese herbal medicines.RESULTS： 91.12% of the prescriptions prescribed 11 to 20 Chinese herbal medicines per prescription.Tonic drugs,heat-clearing drugs and digestant drugs were the three most frequently used drugs.CONCLUSION： The utilization of Chinese herbal medicine for diabetes prescribed in the department of traditional Chinese medicine of our hospital is basically in line with the principle of symptomatic treatment;however,the use of which in combination with chemical drugs remains to be studied further.
