生肌玉红膏促进肛肠手术创面愈合疗效的系统评价

摘　　要：目的:探讨及系统评价生肌玉红膏促进肛肠手术创面愈合的疗效。方法:计算机检索Cochrane图书馆、PubMed、Embase、CBM、CNKI、VIP和万方数据库,按纳入和排除标准选择试验,运用RevMan 5.0软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入8篇随机对照试验,Meta分析结果显示,试验组的创面愈合率高于对照组,创面愈合时间短于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);但2组上皮组织出现时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:系统评价结果显示,与术后使用凡士林纱条的对照组比较,术后使用生肌玉红膏纱条可以缩短创面愈合时间,提高创面愈合率。但由于纳入研究较少,文献质量不高,上述结论还需多中心、大样本、随机、双盲、对照临床试验加以证实。OBJECTIVE：To study and systematically evaluate the efficacy of Shengji Yuhong ointment for promoting wound healing in patients undergoing anorectal surgery.METHODS： The pertinent literature was retrieved from Cochrane Library,PubMed,Embase,CBM,CNKI,VIP and WANFANF database by computer.Trial selection was performed according to including and excluding criteria.Meta-analysis was conducted using RevMan 5.0 software.RESULTS： The Meta-analysis of 8 included randomized control trials（RCTs） showed that the rate of wound healing in the experimental group was higher than in the control group,and the time to wound healing in the experimental group was shorter than in the control group,showing statistical differences between the two groups（P0.01）.However,the time to occurrence of new epithelial tissue showed no significant differences between the two groups（P0.05）.CONCLUSION： The result of systematic review demonstrated that Shengji Yuhong ointment compared with the control group using vaseline gauze postoperatively,could shorten the time of wound healing and enhance the rate of wound healing.However,the number and quality of included study were not satisfactory and the study result should be confirmed by multi-center and large-scale randomized double-blind control trials.
