多点瘢痕支持加肛门环缩术治疗Ⅱ、Ⅲ度直肠脱垂42例体会

摘　　要：目的:观察并评估多点瘢痕支持加肛门环缩术治疗Ⅱ、Ⅲ度直肠脱垂的临床效果。方法:应用多点瘢痕支持加肛门环缩术治疗Ⅱ、Ⅲ度直肠脱垂42例,观察疗效。结果:42例患者痊愈39例,好转3例。治愈率90.7%,平均治愈时间10周,疗效满意。结论:多点瘢痕支持加肛门环缩术治疗Ⅱ、Ⅲ度直肠脱垂简便、省时、经济、不失为治疗直肠脱垂的一种安全有效的方法,疗效肯定。Objective： Observe and assess Multispot scar support plus tightening of the anus in treatment of the clinical effect of Ⅱ , Ⅲ rectal prolapse. Methods： Application s Multi - spot scar support plus tightening of the anus treat 42 eases Ⅱ , Ⅲ rectal prolapse,observation of therapeutic effeet. Resuhs：42 cases patients recovered 39 cases, improvement in 3 cases. Cure rate 90.7% , the average healing time of 10 weeks, effect of satisfaction. Conclusion ： Multi - spot scar support plus tightening of the anus in treatment of Ⅱ , Ⅲ rectal prolapse is simple,ef ficient,economic,and be a safe and effective method of treatment of rectal prolapse, positive effect.
