输尿管镜下尿道会师术治疗尿道损伤

摘　　要：目的:探讨输尿管镜下尿道会师术治疗尿道损伤的临床价值。方法:对46例放置导尿管失败的尿道损伤患者采用输尿管镜下引导放置导尿管,其中38例为前尿道损伤,8例为后尿道损伤。随访观察手术的效果。结果:46例1次手术置管成功,术后46例随访1～12个月,其中43例排除尿管后排尿通畅,尿线粗大。3例排尿困难,经尿道扩张术后治愈。结论:输尿管镜下尿道会师术治疗尿道损伤手术时间短,创伤小,恢复快,效果好,是治疗尿道损伤的有效方法。Objective：To evaluate the clinical therapeutic effieary ofrealignment of urethra with urehra trauma under the guidance of aveteroseope. Methods ：46 cases with urethra trauma who failed to input the urethral catheter,were underwent realignment of the urethra under rhe guidance of ureteroscope. 38 case with uretral injury,8 c, ase with urethral traction. And closely follow - up programs were performed. Results ：46 oprerations were accomplished successfully. After one to tuelbe months follow - up, 43 of 46 were to be unobstrueled after remubing the eatheler, while 3 ease manifested dysuria, and were euredv by urethral dilatativn. Condusion： The using of ureteroseope in realignment of urethra was a effective strateg for patient with straddle injuruy,for lessoperstion time, minor trauma and rapid recovery.
