加味生化汤治疗产后发热的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察加味生化汤对于符合中医辨证标准的产后发热的治疗效果,以判定中药在产后发热的治疗的疗效。方法:将180例产后发热的的产妇随机分为中药组和对照组各90例,中药组采用加味生化汤治疗,对照组采用抗生素加对症治疗。结果:对两组的治疗效果进行对比分析差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:加味生化汤是治疗产后发热的有效方剂,且费用低、不良反应少,值得推广的治疗方案。Objiective：To judge the Chinese herbs＇ curative effect on postnatal fever by observing JWSHT therapy ＇s curative effect that corresponds with the Chinese medical dialectic on postal fever. Method：To divide the 180 confined women into two groups randomly. Each group includes 90 confined women. The confined women in the Chinese herbs＇ group are given JWSHT therapy and the others are given the antibiotic and traditional treatment by contrast. Result：There is an obvious difference between the two therapies （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion ： JWSHT therapy is an effective treatment against postnatal fever. Furthermore, its cost is low and it has less side - effect comparatively. So it is a therapy that deserves widely used in clinical treatment.
