摘　　要：分析了离子膜法烧碱装置各生产单元机泵密封主要的失效形式和原因,结合工艺介质参数,从机械密封本身及外部的影响因素着手,提出了相应改进措施。The main failure mode and causes of seal of pumps for each unit in production plant of ionexchange membrane caustic soda were analyzed. Combining parameters of process medium, the corre sponding improvement measures were proposed in terms of mechanical seal itself and exterior influencing factors.
