栀子金花丸中金银花的显微定量研究

摘　　要：目的:采用均匀设计方法优选金银花显微定量法的优化条件,对中成药栀子金花丸中的金银花进行含量测定。方法:以被测物自身代替参比物,采用容量分析法配合显微定量法测定金银花的含量。结果:金银花含量大多符合《中国药典》规定的标准。结论:用此方法测定金银花的含量简单、快捷、可靠,可为栀子金花丸的质量控制提供依据。Objective：Determine the content of honeysuckle in Chinese medicine zhizi jinhua pills, using the optimal conditions of the microscopic quantitative method of honeysuckle by uniform design. Methods： Using the volumetric analysis with the microscopic quantitative method determinate the content of honeysuckle, measured object itself instead of the reference material. Results： The honeysuckle content reach the standard of Chinese Pharmacopoiea. Conclusion： The method determining the content of honeysuckle is simple, quick, reliable for quality control of zhizi jinhua pills.
