肺癌伴发上腔静脉压迫综合症患者的护理

摘　　要：回顾性分析了30例肺癌所致上腔静脉压迫综合征患者的护理方法,包括给予积极的心理支持,及时建立减轻上腔静脉压迫的静脉输液通道,紧急解除呼吸困难,稳定患者情绪,积极配合放、化疗。认为精心的护理措施可有效缓解患者上腔静脉压迫症状,提高患者生存质量。Analyzed the nursing methods of 30 lung cancer patients with superior vena cava syndrome retrospectively.Including：positive psychotherapy,the establishment of venous transfusion channel to reduce the vena cava superior oppression,relieved the scant of breath urgently and set patients＇ mind at rest,positive coordination radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Careful nursing can effectively relieve the symptoms of superior vena cava,and improve patients＇ quality of life.
