摘　　要：图书馆蕴藏着大量的文献信息,积累了丰富的读者利用文献信息的数据,如何挖掘和利用这些宝贵资源来进一步提高图书馆服务水平?智能代理不仅能够充分利用好这些数据,且能把各个图书馆的"云"数据联结起来,以增强读者的服务能力。文章介绍了智能代理的体系结构,重点介绍智能代理在书目查询系统中各功能模块的作用和实现。Library collects great amount of documentary information and rich data on readers＇ utilization ot the documentary information. How should we exploit and utilize the valuable sources to further improve the service level of library？ Intelligent agent system not only fully utilizes these data, but also links the ＂cloud＂ data of each library to intensify the reader-serving capacity. Here, the structure of intelligent agent system is briefly introduced, and the role of its each functional module in online public access catalogue system and realization of the said roles are described in details.
