摘　　要：文章论述了高校图书专项经费使用管理的重要意义,分析了专项经费使用和管理中存在的问题;提出了加强图书专项经费使用管理的方法和具体实现。This article discusses the significance of the management of funds for books, analyzes the problems during the use of the funds for books, and puts forward some solutions and recommendations in response to the existing problems.
