摘　　要：北京军区立足现有卫生信息化建设成果,着眼提升部队官兵健康水平,研发应用了军人数字化健康档案。系统分析了军人数字化健康档案的建设动因,全面介绍了数字化健康档案系统的总体架构、基本功能及应用成效,并结合两年来的实践探索,对下一步建设提出了思考。Based on the existing achievements of heal informationization and to improve the health levels of military personnel, Beijing Military Area Command developed military digital health record. It systematically analyzed the impetus of constructing military digital health record, comprehensively described the overall frame, basic functions and application effects of military digital health record system, and then put forward ideas of further construction combined with the practices of last two years.
