摘　　要：军人电子健康档案是广大官兵享有均等化公共卫生服务的重要体现,详细介绍了军人电子健康档案的系统架构、技术标准、需求模型以及建设目标和主要功能,并总结了军区应用电子健康档案的初步成效,旨在为军队电子健康档案建设提供参考。Electronic health record for military personnel is an important manifestation for military personnel to receive equal public health services. It discussed in detail the systemic frame, technical standards, demand model, construction objectives and main functions of electronic health record for military personnel, and summarized the achievements of electronic health record application in Beijing area to provide references for the construction of military electronic health record.
