摘　　要：目的:基于医院HIS系统设计开发特殊药品管理系统,利用计算机技术加强特殊药品的管理。方法:特殊药品管理系统结构采用C/S体系结构,服务器端HIS系统数据库,客户端采用PB可视化语言开发,软件界面友好、方便实用,前端操作系统为Windows。结果:该系统完全符合毒麻药品、精神药品管理相关规定,并成功嵌入军卫一号系统,目前运行正常。结论:该系统操作简单易懂,能有效提高工作效率,实时有效监控毒麻药品流向,做到"一针、一片知流向"。Objective： To develop a management system of Narcotic Drugs based on HIS, and strengthen the management of Narcotic Drugs using Computer Technology. Methods： Narcotic drug management system using C/ S architecture, the server-side using HIS system database, the Client-side using visual languages PB to develop, the software had friendly interface and was convenient and practical, front-end operating system was Windows. Results： The system was fully consistent with the relevant provisions of the special drug administration, and successfully embedded in Military Medical System. The current system is operating normally. Conclusion： The system was simple and easy to understand and improved the efficiency, and the Narcotic drug management system also could effectively monitor the drugs ＇ quantity and location in real time.
