摘　　要：传统的医学检查模式需经过医生开检查单、检查登记预约、收费处记帐、接送病人、做检查、取报告等流程,繁琐且存在多次排队现象,非检查等待时间过长,工作效率低。为达到"以病人为中心"的服务理念,对该流程进行优化设计,运用信息技术,形成科学、规范、实用的新检查流程。关键创新点在于电子检查申请单的研发和检查预约系统的建立,从而实现诊疗记录的全数字化和诊疗过程的全自动化。The traditional medical model needs to undergo a medical examination checklist open, check registration appointments, fees at the billing, patient transfers, check-ups, take the reporting process. The whole process cumbersome, there are multiple queues, non-check wait too long, and low efficiency of many ills. To achieve the ＂patient-centered＂ service concept, this process to optimize the design, use of information technology, a scientific, standardized, practical new inspection process. The key innovation is the development of electronic check application form and check the reservation system established in order to achieve treatment records of all-digital and fully automated treatment process.
