基于数字平台的护理管理信息系统搭建及应用体会

摘　　要：目的:探索科学、高效、严谨、实用的护理管理体系。方法:在医院数字化平台的基础上,将电子信息技术应用于护理管理,并与临床护理信息系统(NIS)数据共享。结果:护理管理信息系统开发后,电子护士长工作手册、质量考核记录等的应用提高了工作效率,改变了管理模式,实现了实时质量监控。结论:将信息化与护理管理相结合,提升了护理管理水平,是护理管理实践的重大变革。Objective： Explore the scientific, efficient, robust, practical nursing management system. Methods： Apply electronic information technology in nursing management on the basis of the digital platforms in the hospital, and share the data with nursing information system. Result： The application of the electronic nurse working manual, quality assessment records etc. After design of the nursing management system improving efficiency, changing the management model, achieving real-time quality control. Conclusion： The combination of information with nursing management improved the nursing management level, is a major change in nursing management practice.
