摘　　要：医疗费用清单打印是医院信息系统中的重要组成部分。针对当前医保、农合患者报销医疗费用的实际需求,对费用清单打印程序进行改进,使打印出的费用清单能清楚标识出患者的基本药品目录用药情况,既尊重了患者的知情权,又减轻了工作人员核查报销的工作量。The printing of medical expense invoice was an important part of the HIS. The program of printing expense invoice was improved by the demand of reimbursing medical expense of the medical insurance and rural cooperation medical patients. The new expense invoice could show the basic drug catalogue of the patients clearly. It not only regarded the right to know of the patients, but also lightened the checkback workload of the operators.
