摘  要:目的:探讨经颅多普勒检测对血管性头痛的临床评价。方法:采用国产JYQ经颅多普勒诊断仪对2009-2010年度经临床诊断血管性头痛1 20例,应用经颅多普勒检测脑血流的变化。结果:临床诊断血管性头痛1 20例中,血流速度增快80例,血流速度减慢15例,两侧大脑动脉血流速度不对称10例,血流速度正常15例。80%左右患者TCD频谱形态无异常改变,20%以上血流速增快患者频谱出现宽频带音的杂音,10%患者TCD频谱波峰变钝,以血流速度减慢者多见,少数高流速患者及血流不稳定患者可闻及乐音性杂音。结论:TCD检查有助于血管性头痛的诊断,能为临床治疗提供治疗依据。Objective: discuss the clinical assessment of vascular headache using transcranial Doppler inspection. Methods: with JYQ transcranial Doppler apparatus made in China, it inspected the variation of cerebral vessel in 120 cases of vascular headache in 2009-2010 by clinical diagnosis. Results: among the 120 cases of vascular headache by clinical diagnosis, the blood flow of 80 cases increased, the blood flow of 15 cases decreased, there were 10 cases showing asymmetrical blood flow of cerebral artery at both sides, and the blood flow of 15 cases were normal. The TCD spectrum morphology of about 80% patients was normal, the spectrum morphology of above 20% patients whose blood flow increased was accompanied by wideband noises, and the peak of TCD spectrum morphology of 10% patients was less sharp. The blood flow of most patients was decreased and there were few patients with increased blood flow, unstable blood flow and musical noises. Conclusions: TCD check is helpful for the diagnosis of vascular headache and can provide basis for clinical treatment.
